NASDAQ OMX announced that the trading in Kallebäck Property Invest AB (KAPIAB) shares commenced today on First North at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Kallebäck Property Invest belongs to the Financials sector and is a Swedish real estate company indirectly owning, managing and letting the property Kallebäck 17:2 in Gothenburg. The Property is fully leased to Saab AB until 31 December 2021. The building, built in 2002, consists of a lettable area of approximately 36,600 sqm. In addition, there are 805 parking spaces at the property.
