Nasdaq has launched a new market for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) at Nasdaq Stockholm.
The first fund listed on the Swedish AIF market is Baltic Horizon, a fund investing in commercial real estate in the Baltic capital regions. Baltic Horizon is also listed on Nasdaq Tallinn.

Listed AIFs
Nasdaq’s market for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) offers investors the opportunity to trade AIFs on a regulated market.
By the term AIF is meant all investment funds that are not already covered by the European Directive on UCITS. This includes hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, venture capital and private equity funds and real estate funds.
Products on the AIF market are currently available on Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Copenhagen.
