The cooperation agreement

The Cooperation Agreement is a standard agreement in Danish that is identical for all investment funds’ participation in the SP Option Scheme. The Cooperation Agreement cannot be negotiated. The Cooperation Agreement is made between the investment fund and ATP and is accepted by the Investment Company.

If the investment fund applies double pricing and pays underwriting commission, any distributors of the investment fund are also to accept Appendix 8 of the Cooperation Agreement regarding underwriting commission.
