Registration process – Step by step

Please find below a step-by-step description of the registration process.

1. Obtaining of authorisation of the investment fund or authorisation for marketing of the investment fund from

2. Completion and signing of the Cooperation Agreement and registration form.

3. Submission of the Cooperation Agreement, registration form, authorisation/authorisation for marketing from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, prospectus, provisions on the power to bind the investment fund and accountant’s declaration to

If a marketing authorisation/authorisation from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority is not yet available, the registration process will be suspended pending such marketing authorisation/authorisation.

4. The Copenhagen Stock Exchange will process the application for registration. Once the requirements for inclusion in the SP Option Scheme have been fulfilled, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will ask the other partners in the SP Option Scheme to approach the points of contact specified by the investment fund regarding technical connection, etc to the SP Option Scheme.

5. The Copenhagen Stock Exchange will be informed by the partners once facilities for trading communication and software for continual submission of information have been installed and tested at the premises of the investment fund.

6. The investment fund will then be informed by the Copenhagen Stock Exchange of the date for inclusion of the investment fund in the SP Option Scheme.
