Registration fee

Registration free: DKK 15,000.

The registration fee is a lump sum and is not reimbursed in the event of the investment fund ceasing to be included in the SP Option Scheme.

Annual fee

Annual fee: DKK 12,000.

The annual fee is payable in advance for one calendar year at a time and is not reimbursed in the event of the investment fund ceasing to be included in the SP Option Scheme.

Marketing fee

ATP charges the investment funds included in the SP Option Scheme a marketing fee. The marketing fee is fixed as a percentage of the value of SP’s units in the investment fund.

The investment fund fixes the amount of this percentage in advance and for a calendar year at a time. However, the investment fund is to pay the highest fee that the investment fund pays to other distributors to ATP.

The marketing fee is charged each year in January on the basis of the period running from 1 January of the preceding year to 31 December. The marketing fee is reduced by an amount corresponding to the annual fee.

ATP calculates a minimum marketing fee in connection with the calculation of the marketing fee. This minimum marketing fee is to be paid by the investment fund if the minimum marketing fee exceeds the marketing fee. The marketing fee and the minimum marketing fee appear from Appendix 3 to the Cooperation Agreement.

Underwriting commission

Investment funds applying double pricing are to ensure that ATP or the Investment Company receives underwriting commission from the investment fund or the investment fund’s distributor in connection with an issue of units in the investment fund. The terms are specified in Appendix 8 to the Cooperation Agreement.
