Data retrieval

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange collects data from the investment funds on behalf of ATP. The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has chosen to outsource part of the collection of information from the investment funds to Morningstar. The information required is thus submitted by the investment funds to Morningstar and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, respectively.

The SP Option Scheme makes computer software available to the investment funds. The software will be used and installed at the premises of the investment funds for the purpose of their meeting the information requirements of the SP Option Scheme.

The following software is used:

• StockWise – for submission of information in PDF and Excel to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange
• IT infrastructure of Morningstar

Prior to the first date of inclusion of the investment fund in the SP Option Scheme, the investment fund is to install the necessary programs and software and make tests to ensure that they have been connected correctly and that submission of information will be error-free.

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange will ask Morningstar to contact the investment fund concerning the technical connection required for the collection of information on the investment fund. The investment fund will receive documentation from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange regarding the connection to StockWise.
