About the website
Can I use your site without registering?	Yes, you can still use the site without registering. We however recommend that you create an account if you want to be able to customize your first page and the Watch list (My List) module requires an account in order for you to save it and access it from all your computers.
Why do I have to register to have a watch list (My list)?	For security reasons we have decided to use log in instead of cookies to store your personal information.
Why can’t I see the real time tab on the shares pages anymore?	The real time quotes are available for "MyPage+" members. You can register here.
Why does the website look strange?	The website is optimized for the following browsers: Firefox 3+, Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome, Safari 4+. From April 2010 we no longer support Internet Explorer 6. If you use an older browser than the above we recommend you to upgrade it.
Is it possible to trade from your website?	No, to trade the products listed on NASDAQ OMX Nordic as a private investor you need set up an account with your bank or broker firm or other connected members. A complete list of exchange members can be found here.
Will the page be shown in Norwegian?	Yes, there will be a version in Norwegian during 2011.
Accounts
What is the difference between MyPage and MyPage+ account?	MyPage is for free and enables you to customize your first page. MyPage+ gives you real time quotes and a lot of other possibilites, please read more here.
What do you mean by Real time?	Real Time means that we make the data available on our servers without applying any delay.
What do you mean by Real time level 2?	It means that you will get five levels of order depths of each individual share.
Why can I only see 5 levels in the orderbook?	It's a standard offering that we might expand in the future.
What’s the benefit of having an order depth of 5 levels?	The benefit of having several levels of order depth is that you can tell how liquidly a specific stock is. You can also tell how the volume of your trade will change the price of the stocks you are buying.
Can I upgrade from "MyPage" to" MyPage+? How do I do that?	Go to "My page" and choose upgrade.
How much does a "MyPage+" account cost? How do I pay?	6.99 Euro per month and you pay with your VISA or Mastercard.
What happens if I cancel MyPage+ account?	If you want to end your MyPage+ account you can either change it to MyPage (then you will keep your settings on the first page and your watch lists) or you can chose to cancel the account (then it will be removed).
Can I share my MyPage account with a friend?	No, the MyPage account is personal and only valid for one person. This is stated in the user agreement.
Can I log in with my MyPage account on more than one computer?	Yes, you may log in on more than one computer. That way you can bring your settings, watch lists and My portfolio (only in MyPage+) with you wherever you go. But you may not be logged in simultaneously on several computers.
I have forgotten my password. Can I get a new one?	Yes, go to Log in and click on "Forgot my password?".
Can I change my username/email address?	Yes, log in and then go to Account and choose Edit Profile.
Who can sign up for the accounts you offer?	The accounts we offer are for private persons only. NASDAQ OMX offer solutions for institutions and professional investors all over the world. Please contact your customer contact at NASDAQ OMX.
How can I cancel my account?	Please log in and go to My page on our website to cancel the automatic subscription renewal if you don’t wish to continue your MyPage+ subscription. Please note that you can transfer a MyPage+ to an MyPage (free) account so that you can keep the watch lists and settings you made on your start page.
Will My portfolio disappear if I cancel or downgrade my account?	Yes, if you cancel your account, the account is fully removed. But if you downgrade to MyPage your portfolio is saved for one year and if you decide to start up MyPage+ again within that year your portfolio will appear as soon as your payment has been registered.
